I am a 74-year-old jogger/ walker. I’ve been jogging/walking regularly since I was 33 years old. As I have gotten older, my ankles and knees limit my time and distance due to pain. But no more! Since using the essential oil blends, I can’t wait to get out there 3 to 4 times a week for my 3-mile walk/jog. It feels so good to exercise without pain. This product is fantastic, unbelievably. I've been using it for quite some time now. But, the most beautiful thing about it for me is that daily use of this product is not required. I use it only when necessary.
