HOW TO APPLY THE BODY OILS:
Apply a few drops of the mixture to areas of the body where you are experiencing an issue (such as pain, inflammation, or dry skin) and gently massage it into the skin for at least 1 minute. It can be used at any time of day; however, our bodies do most of their healing and rejuvenation overnight. Therefore, application at bedtime is the preferred recommendation.
